Don't excuse yourself by saying,
"Look we didn't know."
For God understands all hearts, and He sees you.
He who guards your soul knows you knew.
He will repay all people as their actions deserve.

New fundraiser

It seemed like the wait for movement was excruciating just to get to the home study portion of our adoption going.  We seemed to have roadblock after roadblock.  But our God is faithful and he started removing those roadblocks one at a time!  Thank You Jesus! Of course, with the removal of roadblocks means payments are coming due.  Our next big payment will be for our dossier to be translated and submitted to country.  It's a big chunk a change coming due in the next couple of months.

We have also decided that while fundraising, we would choose items and organizations or businesses that were not only supporting adoption but making a difference in the lives of those who are oppressed, helping women and children get out of the s*x trade, slavery, and of course the orphan.  If we are asking you to join us, we feel we need to join forces with others to make a bigger impact. Hence our Delicate Fortress Creations fundraiser a couple of weeks ago.

Today,  we are announcing one of our first fundraisers to raise our dossier money through Ordinary Hero.  If you have not checked them out yet, you should.  This is their mission statement straight from their web site: The mission of Ordinary Hero is to inspire and empower ORDINARY people to make an extraordinary difference in the life of a child in need.  They are an awesome organization that not only helps locally in their community but globally.  I have "known" Ordinary Hero for several years now.  I have purchased many of their items for family and friends in the hopes that they will realize that they are Ordinary Heroes in what many consider insignificant things.  Nothing we ever do is waisted when we do it for God.

Having the opportunity to join forces with them to help bring our boy home is an honor and a privilege.  In order to support us through this fundraiser all you have to do is upon check out, choose my name -Laurie Enoch- in the drop down menu and that's it!  Easy.  We would be very grateful if you'd share this with friends and family, on your blogs,  we would appreciate it.

Of course, I'm still making and selling the coasters, trivets, and kids stuff.  If you want the profits from your purchase to go to a family you know is adopting, please let me know and I will make that donation in your name.  We love supporting other families too!  Thank you in advance for your help and support in bringing our guy home!

STWTHE,
Laurie
