Life feels like it's been going at warp speed this summer.  I honestly can't believe it's already August.  We haven't enjoyed any of the summer.  It's been filled with prepping to move and getting a house ready to sell, then moving.  The good news is we are moving into our new home tomorrow. Just a week and a half after getting here!  We won't have any of our household goods until next week so we will be camping out until then.  Life is good though.  God blessed us with a huge house with a playground right across the street from us.  The boys are ECSTATIC! to say the least.  I will say the heat is getting to me.  Hot is not a stranger to me since I grew up in the desert but for some reason here, let's just say OH! MY! WORD!!  Very thankful that the pool and water park are right down the street as well.

We have gone back to the church we attended the last time we were here.  It was actually nice to walk in and have people remember us and have such a warm welcome.  Especially since its such a large congregation.  But we miss our church family that we just left as well.  It was the first place where people actually cared about us.  At least, made us feel welcomed and loved immediately upon entering the doors.  Only God could make this transition a good one for us.  The last time we were here, we didn't make friends so coming back was not high on our most loved places to visit or live once again.  lol.  Again, only God could change our hearts and make it a place that was welcoming. 
I also love how God has blessed me with a friend already who has a passion for adoption, the orphan and widow!!!  Didn't have her last time.  In fact, I was the freak because of my passion but am so excited that our first Sunday back, God just put us in the right place at the right time to start talking to each other and sharing our hearts. 

Our attitude about this place is much better than expected.  The whole family is actually happy about this change.  We know good things are in store for our family.  We know that God would only bring us back in order to do something in us and accomplish only his best for our family. Not to mention what we are going to do in His Name! So we wait patiently as the journey begins. 

Our only prayer request right now is for our house in Texas to sell.  We need it to sell very quickly for the right price.  God knows what that is and will bring the right buyer in His perfect timing.  I just hope my timing and his timing are the same :)  So if you would join us in prayer over this, we would greatly appreciate it!!  This is my one stressor right now.  Yes, I trust God in this whole situation but paying for two houses on one income.... well, it is a bit stressful even when trusting God.  Just saying...

So, the next few days, we will be hanging out at the pool and enjoying a little more rest time before the unpacking begins.  Then we will jump into full blown school as we haven't started yet due to our move.  I will more than likely have the kids do some stuff once we are in the house and ease ourselves into it. Then again, with us not having much of a summer, maybe we won't start until September.  My knight in shining armour may not agree with that but then again....
