Don't excuse yourself by saying,
"Look we didn't know."
For God understands all hearts, and He sees you.
He who guards your soul knows you knew.
He will repay all people as their actions deserve.

HI THERE!!!!
The last several weeks have been very busy.  I went home (by myself) for a few days for a wedding that was absolutely beautiful and so much fun to see family that I hadn't seen in several years.  After a two day return home to my own family to prepare for our move in what was 6 weeks! had to go right back to take care of an issue with our house and property manager.  Well, suffice it to say, it turned into a much bigger deal, which I cannot share here.

God is good though.

During the first trip, I was able to find out some truth ( first, it was ALL GOD!!!  Second, it's sad, very sad when you live out of town and know more about what's going on with your home than the people who are suppose to be managing it for you do - and yes, I do realize that my home is NOT the only home that is being cared for.  But when you are paying someone to take care of it, you better be doing the job you are being payed for or you will be FIRED!!! - our pm was.)  The second trip proved to be even more enlightening and again, I give God all the praise as it could have been and still could be much worse than what it was/is.  Just very frustrating, sad, a lot of work has to be redone.  Needless to say, we will put it back on the market as soon as things are right (we are hoping in about 60 days). If God prompts you to pray for us - will you?  We need a lot of prayer covering, we need our house to sell quickly (getting an offer before it even goes on the  market would be GREAT!!!), we need discernment, wisdom, strength and endurance, and the finances to be stretched as far as it can go to fix the house and everything else that has nothing to do with the house.

All in all, life is good.  I won't complain as I know God has us right where He wants us.  Reminding me everyday that He has gone before us, made our crooked paths straight and continues to watch over us as we navigate this road.  He will redeem what the enemy has taken and justice will be served. I can make all the plans in the world but God will direct our paths.  He always does and we will be obedient to follow wherever He leads.  I'm so thankful for the joy He has brought into our life, the children I have the honor of being called mom by, the man of my dreams to live out this life and enjoy life with, food on the table, a roof over my head, clean water to drink and bathe in, clothes to wear, freedom to worship the ONE true GOD!  I am forever and abundantly blessed.  I will count my blessings today as I prepare one more room to be moved.  God loves me more than I know or will ever comprehend.

I hope to share at some point how God has redeemed so much in my life but for now, I am waaaay behind in the prepping of our home to be moved.  So, this may be one of the few posts you get during the next month or two.  I'm trying to keep up with what's going on in your world but please don't be offended if I'm not doing such a great job.  Life is just busy but know that I am trying.

Blessings to you all as I know God will give you the desires of your heart!!

STWTHE,
Laurie
